HOW TO RETURN FOR CREDIT OR REFUND

  • Email us with your order number: INFO@ELIZABETHS-BOUTIQUE.COM in order to receive approval to mail the item back. Please send the unworn/unwashed item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. Without this information we may not be able to issue an exchange or refund the item. If you have requested an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days to send out the replacement item.

FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • If you have received a product with a defect or that has been damaged during shipment, we will happily replace it or refund the price as long as the item is returned within 10 business days.
